Nursery Worker -- Birth thru 2 years

And Jesus took a child and put him in the midst of them, and taking him in his arms, he said to them, “Whoever receives one such child in my name receives me, and whoever receives me, receives not me but him who sent me.” (Mark 9:36-37)

The role of the Nursery Ministry Volunteer is to provide safe, secure, nurturing, clean and efficient care to our children. This includes playing with the child or directing play, reading stories, praying for each child, exhibiting Christ-like patience and love, changing diapers, giving out snacks, and following all procedures outlined in the position description.

Most helpers work one Sunday a month, either 1st or 2nd service.
